This is the english version of the page CitizenSeeds_-_Français. It's not complete translated yet.


All of the seeds are organic and come from Kokopelli, except the chive because it was no longer in stock et and comes from Biaugerme, and the Marigolds which come from a gardening store.

Planting the seeds

The grains are sent in capsules (because capsules are small and cheap). The capsules are just a container. Take out the seeds before planting them. The number on each capsule tells which vegetable it is. You can find the corresponding vegetable and the square where to plant the seed on the calendar above.

To plant the seeds, simply make a small hole in the ground with your finger or a stick and drop several seeds in it. Close the hole and give it some water.

Growing the seedlings inside or in a cup

It's possible to plant the seeds in small cups and replant them later. If you do so, please start at the same date as on the calendar.

The size of the vegetables and their needs in nutricients limits the number of plants that fit in a single square. You can put up to 16 radishes (4x4) in a square. However, it's best to grow only one tomato plant in a square. The figure below shows how many vegetables to grow in a square for each of type of vegetable:
